The album Nobody Listens to These Songs is a semi-autobiographical collection of melodic, story-driven songs inspired by my own life, experiences and observations of the people around me.

The songs explore love and heartbreak, childhood and ageing, prejudice, ambition, loneliness, regret and the desire to escape and build a better life.

Some of the stories are deeply personal, others are inspired by people and moments I have encountered along the way, but each contains something drawn from real experience.

The title, Nobody Listens to These Songs, reflects one of the album's central ideas: that everyone has a story, even when nobody seems to be listening.
